The website at strikegrp.com is informational. Below we explain who runs it, what happens to data submitted through the contact form, and which cookies we use. No legal folklore — straight to the point.

The site is free to access and exists to present our advisory practice and let prospective clients reach us. By using it, you agree to act lawfully and to refrain from submitting unlawful content through the form.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues or force majeure, nor for decisions made solely on the basis of material published here — content on this site is not legal, tax, or investment advice.
Contact-form data & privacy
If you submit the contact form, we process the personal data you provide only to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads anywhere, to discuss potential cooperation. We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
- Joint controllers: Aleksandrowicz Services sp.k. and Merzel Consulting sp.k., acting jointly as defined in Art. 26 GDPR. The contact point for all data-related requests is kmerzel@strikegrp.com.
- Categories of data: full name, organisation, email address, message content, plus the technical metadata that any web request generates (IP address, browser type, timestamp).
- Purposes & legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and protecting the form against abuse (spam filtering, honeypot).
- Voluntary nature: providing the data is voluntary, but is required to receive a reply. No statutory obligation to provide it.
- Retention period: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless longer retention is required by law (e.g. accounting, statute of limitations) or to defend against claims.
- Recipients & processors: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and form-delivery provider (Formspree, operated by Forms Inc.), each acting as a processor under written agreements; tax, accounting and legal advisors where applicable.
- Transfers outside the EEA: some of our processors are based in the United States. Such transfers are covered by EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy and/or Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
- Your rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data-protection authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
- Disclosure to public authorities: we may share data with public authorities only where required by applicable law (e.g. court order, prosecutor's request).

Cookies & local storage
We use a minimal set of browser storage entries, all of them strictly functional or contingent on your consent. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking is loaded.
- strike_theme — remembers your light/dark preference. localStorage, persistent. Functional.
- strike_lang — remembers your language preference. localStorage, persistent. Functional.
- strike_consent — stores your cookie-banner choice. localStorage, persistent. Required by law.
- Analytics tag (optional, loaded only after Accept) — a lightweight privacy-friendly counter (e.g. Plausible) that does not set tracking cookies and does not collect personal data.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking Cookie preferences in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Intellectual property
Content, graphics, code, and visual identity on this site are protected by copyright. Commercial reuse requires our written permission. Press and analytical citation with proper attribution is welcome.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change — we publish any new version with its effective date. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, including the Polish Civil Code, the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, and the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Operator's registered seat.
